  1. Payment Terms
    A 50% prepayment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% of the payment must be made no later than the start of the tour. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in the cancellation of the tour.

  2. Animal Sightings
    While we always strive to offer the best opportunities to spot wildlife, we cannot guarantee any animal sightings. Nature is unpredictable and wild animals have their own routines and habits. We rely on the knowledge and expertise of our guides to provide the best possible chances of animal sightings, but we cannot guarantee them.

  3. Safety
    Your safety is our top priority. We provide guidance and safety instructions before every tour, and we require all participants to follow them strictly. However, we cannot take responsibility for any accidents or injuries resulting from customer negligence, recklessness or non-compliance with the safety guidelines provided by our guides.

  4. Gear and Clothing
    We recommend that our clients wear appropriate clothing and gear for each tour. We provide a list of recommended gear for each tour, but ultimately it is up to the customer to choose their clothing and gear. We cannot take responsibility for any discomfort or injuries resulting from inappropriate gear or clothing chosen by the customer.

  5. Dangerous Situations
    We ask our customers to listen to our guides and follow their instructions carefully. In some cases, our guides may have to restrict access to certain areas or activities due to weather conditions, safety risks or other factors. If a customer chooses to disregard the warnings or instructions of our guides and puts themselves in danger, we cannot take responsibility for the consequences.

  6. Changes and Cancellations
    Wild Estonia Tour Organizing Company reserves the right to change or cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Privacy Policy
    We collect personal information from our customers for the sole purpose of providing our services. We will not share or disclose any personal information to third parties without the consent of the customer.
